Orders are picked and despatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment. All deliveries are made by Australia Post.

Rocket Sports accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any delivery and it's content. Rocket Sports accepts no responsibility for packages not reaching there correct destination due to incorrect or incomplete mailing addresses submitted by you.

For overseas deliveries, please note that Rocket Sports may be unable to deliver to specific countries depending on those countries particular laws. Furthermore, the importation may attract fees and/or duties, which you or the recipient may be required to pay. Rocket Sports accepts no liability should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item contained within the package, or the whole package itself.

Delivery Times

All orders will be delivered between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

All our deliveries are made via Australia Post.

Address Information

It is your responsibility to ensure you provide us with the correct address information when you place your order. We accept no responsibility for an incorrect address or incorrect spelling of the address.

No claims are considered without a Returns Authority Number.
No returns are accepted without a Returns Authority Number.

Indoor Cricket Ball Returns for Claims

Any person wanting to claim against the quality of an Indoor Cricket Ball must first contact Rocket Sports in writing (email:rod@rocketsports.com.au) to get a Returns Authority Number, without which no claim can be actioned.
Once a claimant has a Returns Authority Number, they may return the ball/balls in question, along with a note stating the problem and how long the ball has been played.

Rocket Sports will study the claim without bias, and compare the returned balls against reference samples that have been used at varying stages of play. Another consideration to the claim will be the quality/age of the flooring on the claimants courts.

If the claim is considered valid, Rocket Sports will replace the Indoor Cricket Balls with brand new balls.

Rocket Sports decision on all Indoor Cricket Ball returns are final, and reserves the right to be the final arbiter in the event of any dispute..

Claims on Product other than Indoor Cricket Balls

Any alleged discrepancy in relation to any product or service provided by Rocket Sports other than Indoor Cricket Balls, must be made known to Rocket Sports within 3 days of delivery in writing (email:rod@rocketsports.com.au) to acquire a Returns Authority Number for return of goods, otherwise Rocket Sports will assume that all items were delivered in good condition and free from defect. Rocket Sports will investigate to the best of our ability any discrepancies, but reserves the right to be the final arbiter in the event of any dispute.
